We will be delighted to wrap your gifts for you! You can choose in the shopping cart whether you would like one or multiple products to be wrapped, and whether they should be wrapped separately or together. Here you can also add a personal message for the recipient.

Please note: we do not wrap our gift sets, Private Collection fragrance sticks, Perfume Genie, The Ritual of Advent, XL/XXL/XXXL candles, Soulwear or Amsterdam Collection fragrance sticks. We have paid extra attention to package these beautifully so that they can be a wonderful surprise to give.
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Of course, you may accidentally make the incorrect choice, or change your mind. After placing your order, we can no longer change this for you. After receiving your products you can of course return them within 90 days, free of charge.
We may have to amend your order before we dispatch it, for example when items are out of stock or can't be delivered to your address due to shipment restrictions with our carrier. Naturally, we will inform you which products are on their way to you, and we will refund the purchase amount of the cancelled products.
