A full body resistance band workout you can do anywhere

If your summer schedule is full to bursting and you can’t fit in a visit to your gym or favourite workout class, no worries – I’ve got you covered. I created this resistance band workout that you can do anywhere, anytime. Whether you want to maximise your lunchbreak or exercise on holiday, these bands don’t way much and are easy to pop in your handbag or suitcase. The rubbery, elastic bands are a relatively inexpensive option to build strength and stability and improve heart health while working out. The only three things you need is yourself, a bottle of water and the bands. Join me during this full body workout, wherever you are.

With a background as a professional dancer, Carmen Lotz performed at the Cape Dance Company in South Africa. In addition, she has extensive experience in fitness and due to injuries at a very young age she discovered Pilates, and now she’s hooked. After her Personal Training study at the American Council on Exercise she successfully completed her teacher training in Pilates matwork and reformer through Swissbody Pilates and STOTT Pilates method.
