A kindness yoga flow for when you need some TLC

According to yoga philosophy and the ancient science of the chakras, the heart chakra is connected to feelings of love, kindness and compassion. This Yin flow opens your heart area and gives your body the time to really soften into the poses.

 

Light some candles and get ready to awaken your ‘feel good vibes’ with our yoga expert Renée Leeuw. She will guide you throughthe whole flow and helps you to create a calm mindset for the rest of your day or night. This gentle Yin Yoga practice inspires you to be kind to yourself, others, and the world around you. All the poses are held for about two to five minutes each so you can really ease and relax into the poses, plus taking this time will balance the meridian system through which your ‘life energy’ flows. We invite you to create a cozy, calm environment for yourself to unwind, restore and unite body, mind and soul. No matter what you’re doing, no matter where you are.
